Do I get anything in writing?
You get a written estimate to keep — itemised, priced, and yours whether or not you hire us. Take it to another roofer and compare if you want to.
What if my roof turns out to be fine?
Then we'll tell you it's fine and give you a rough idea of how many years you've got left. We'd rather you called us in four years than paid us for something you didn't need.
Do I have to be home?
It's better if you are, so we can walk you through the photos and get into the attic if we need to. If you can't be, we'll send everything through and go over it on the phone.
How long does an inspection take?
Usually thirty to forty-five minutes for a typical single-family roof, longer if it's steep, cut up, or we find something worth documenting properly.
